Spagni VAC vacuum filler
The Spagni VAC trolley-mounted vacuum filler is designed for filling standard glass bottles with liquids. The machine features a built-in vacuum pump and stainless steel fittings.
Principle of operation
A 230 V, 50 Hz dry reciprocating vacuum pump creates a vacuum inside the bottle, and the liquid from the storage tank fills it via the spout to the level of the end of the tube. The bottle rests on a fixed support tube; the outlet is on the side, and an anti-foam flow regulator prevents foaming. The liquid does not enter the pump. Compared to the MVAC, the spouts here are wider (Ø14 mm), and the bottle neck must be at least 17 mm in diameter.

Applications
For filling glass bottles with wine, vinegar, liqueurs and other non-carbonated liquids. Vacuum filling reduces the oxygen content in the container.
