Spagni ENOLMATIC vacuum filler
The ENOLMATIC (Spagni) vacuum filler is a compact, automatic single-nozzle machine for bottling wine, beer and oil. It is the preferred choice for small batches and home or farm-based production.
How it works
The vacuum inside the bottle draws the liquid from a container positioned below the machine, whilst the fill level is set once and repeated for each bottle. Excess liquid and foam are collected in a separate flask, so the pump does not come into contact with the liquid. Additional kits are available for oil, pre-filling filtration, jam, tomato paste, juice and milk. Unlike the ENOLMASTER with four nozzles, this is a single-nozzle machine of minimal dimensions.
