Dough sheeter La-Monferrina Cilindro
Cilindro is a countertop La Monferrina (Italy) pasta sheeter with rollers, available in two roller widths: 170 and 420 mm. It rolls dough into a sheet of adjustable thickness, including very thin sheets. The 420 mm version also handles pizza dough, laying the sheet directly into a baking pan.
The body is anodised aluminium; all parts in contact with the dough are stainless steel. It has an emergency stop button, a power indicator light and new safety guards, and complies with current safety regulations.

Interchangeable units and options
Interchangeable units fit the machine: a cutting unit (long ribbon pasta 2, 6 and 12 mm wide), Multipasta, a ravioli unit (ravioli ribbon with vegetable, cheese or meat filling), a gnocchi unit for potato or potato-flake gnocchi, and a press unit for extruded pasta with bronze or PTFE dies and a rotary cutter for short pasta.
