Art.: HFP-15025 ITALGIThe Modula combined pasta and ravioli machine is a professional, low-capacity machine designed to meet the needs of restaurants, cafés, canteens,
bakeries and other businesses involved in pasta production. It allows you to produce various types and shapes of pasta, as well as ravioli. It is best suited to premises with limited kitchen space.
The Modula comprises the following components:
- a dough-rolling machine
- a tilting mixing hopper
- a cutter with three sizes for tagliolini, square-cut spaghetti, tagliatelle and pappardelle
- a ravioli unit with two trays featuring interchangeable moulds for making ravioli of various shapes
- a gnocchi unit (for potato gnocchi and ‘chike’) with a built-in flour dispenser.
Thanks to Italgi’s many years of experience in pasta production automation, the machine is robust and reliable, safe and easy to use, and quick to clean.
