The ITALGI P100A pasta extruder is a machine for making pasta, suitable for restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering establishments, canteens, bakeries and supermarkets. Another innovative idea is to produce pasta right in the restaurant dining area, which will attract the attention of diners and serve as a unique selling point. Customers can choose to add natural colourings (such as spinach, beetroot, turmeric, etc.) to the dough to create ‘vibrant’ fresh pasta.

The press produces many different shapes and sizes of fresh pasta, such as spaghetti, bucatini, fusilli, macaroni and tagliatelle. Using a special die, it is also possible to make penne or lasagne sheets.

To ensure the machine is maintained in the best hygienic conditions and to extend its service life, the body and all parts that come into contact with the dough are made from AISI 304 stainless steel or a metal alloy suitable for the food industry. The extrusion tube is water-cooled to dissipate the heat generated under pressure.

For the user’s safety, every potentially hazardous part of the machine is fitted with appropriate safety devices.

Standard equipment includes:

a fan for surface-drying the pasta
an automatic cutter for cutting short pasta (fusilli, gnocchi, macaroni, etc.)

A conveyor with a blade for automatically cutting long pasta is also available on request.

The P100A can easily prepare sheets of dough for feeding into ravioli machines.

The machine can also be fitted with an auxiliary mixing hopper for continuous production.
