A dual-tank system that allows dough to be prepared whilst the machine continues to extrude the product, without interrupting production. Motorised tilting of the auxiliary tank.
All components in contact with food are made of stainless steel or food-grade materials and are easily removable for easy cleaning. Housing, mixers and screw made from AISI 304 stainless steel. Mixing tanks made from AISI 304 stainless steel with removable mixing blades and rounded internal corners to prevent the build-up of bacteria.

A knife with electronic speed control for cutting short pasta shapes
Electronic inverter for controlling the screw speed
Fan for surface drying of pasta
AISI 304 stainless steel extrusion barrel with water-cooling capability
