Art.: XTR-15001 ITALGIThe ITALGI Estro pasta extruder is a machine for making pasta, suitable for restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering establishments, canteens, bakeries and grocery shops. Another innovative idea is to produce pasta right in the restaurant dining area, which will attract the attention of diners and serve as a unique selling point. Customers can choose to add natural colourings (such as spinach, beetroot, turmeric, etc.) to the dough to create ‘vibrant’ fresh pasta.
The extruder produces fresh pasta in various shapes and sizes, such as spaghetti, bucatini, fusilli, macaroni and tagliatelle. Using a special die, it is also possible to make lasagne sheets.
The machine is very easy to use and maintain thanks to its simple and reliable mechanics and compact control panel. To maintain the machine in the best hygienic conditions and extend its service life, the mixing bowl, mixing lever and housing are made from AISI 304 stainless steel. The absence of grooves where food residues can become trapped also makes cleaning very quick. For user safety, every potentially hazardous part of the machine is fitted with appropriate safety guards.
The machine comes complete with one die of your choice from the catalogue.
The Estro extruder can be used in conjunction with ravioli machines.
