A 6-metre-long inclined conveyor for sterilising lids ensures the continuous and controlled movement of bottles through the lid treatment zone prior to capping, maintaining a high standard of hygiene on the bottling line. The gentle incline of the conveyor allows the feed rate of the containers to be synchronised with the throughput of the adjacent machines on the line — the filling and capping machines. The stainless steel construction complies with the hygiene requirements for food and beverage production.
