PROFRUIT electric cooking kettle
The ProFruit 120-litre electric cooking kettle with 12 kW heating is a versatile solution for making jams, purées, marmalades and sauces with precise temperature control. The double-walled jacket ensures even heating and energy efficiency, whilst a powerful mixer with scrapers constantly stirs the product, preventing it from sticking to the sides and ensuring a uniform consistency. The mobile frame on lockable castors makes it easy to move the kettle around the workshop, whilst the digital control panel simplifies monitoring of the cooking process. The ideal choice for small and medium-sized canned food production facilities.
