MINIMILL — a compact and portable ProFruit crusher for pre-crushing fruit, berries and vegetables before pressing or puréeing. With a capacity of up to 800 kg/hour and a motor power of 2.2 kW, it is the ideal solution for small and medium-sized juice production facilities. Interchangeable screens allow the consistency of the pulp to be adapted to the specific type of raw material, whilst the gentle design prevents damage to the stones in stone fruits. Its compact dimensions and wheelbase ensure easy manoeuvrability, even in confined production spaces.

The ProFruit fruit slicer is a compact solution for the quick and consistent slicing of fruit in restaurants, bakeries, catering establishments and food processing plants. The machine slices fruit into slices 1–10 mm thick or cubes 6–25 mm in size, ensuring consistent piece size and a throughput of up to 600 kg/hour. The compact housing, made from food-grade stainless steel, fits easily into any production or kitchen area and complies with hygiene standards. A simple 220V power supply and a power consumption of just 0.75 kW make the slicer economical to run.

The ProFruit fruit and berry crusher is a more powerful alternative to the MINIMILL series, featuring a 5.5 kW motor for more intensive crushing of berries, soft fruits and vegetables prior to pressing or puréeing. Its special design gently processes stone fruits without damaging the stones or seeds. Interchangeable screens allow the consistency of the finished product to be precisely adjusted to suit the specific type of raw material. Flexible feeding options — via a bin tipper, conveyor or manually — and compatibility with single-screw pumps make the machine a convenient component of any processing line.

The MAXIMILL 1000 combines the washing, conveying and chopping of fruit and vegetables in a single compact machine with a capacity of 1,000 kg/hour. The unique round design of the chopping head, with no sharp corners, prevents the produce from getting stuck and ensures a more uniform result compared to competitors’ square models. The machine processes soft raspberries just as effectively as firm apples or beetroot, without damaging the seeds. Interchangeable screens and a lightweight, easy-to-clean design make the MAXIMILL 1000 a practical choice for medium-sized juice production facilities.

DOSIMILL combines the washing, lifting and chopping of fruit and vegetables with the precise dosing of the finished product for loading into a pack press or hydraulic press — with a throughput of 1,000 kg/hour. A sensor automatically detects when the dosing unit is full, after which the operator opens the discharge valve and the machine continues the cycle without delay. The round, smooth-edged grinding head prevents the pulp from jamming and ensures consistent quality regardless of the type of raw material — from soft berries to firm apples and beetroot. A practical solution for production facilities where precise, portion-controlled feeding of the pulp to the press is essential.

A 10 kW water chiller ensures a stable cooling water temperature for the ProFruit cooling tunnel for hot-filled bottles, cans and glass containers. With a cooling capacity of 117,040 kJ/h, it ensures uniform and rapid cooling of the products immediately after pasteurisation or hot-fill, preventing thermal damage to the containers. Automatic temperature control is integrated with the cooling tunnel’s control system, ensuring consistent packaging quality. The ProFruit industrial grinder has been specially designed for processing fibrous raw materials — ginger, celery, rhubarb and leafy greens — into a homogeneous paste or purée for subsequent juice extraction, and the production of green juices, fruit purées and sauces. With a capacity of up to 1,500 kg/hour and a power output of 3 kW, it ensures the efficient processing of large volumes of raw materials. A 30 kW electric water heater ensures a steady supply of hot water for the production line’s operational requirements: cleaning equipment (CIP), preparing solutions, pasteurisation and other processes requiring hot water. Electric heating is the most environmentally friendly and easiest to operate option among those available (electricity, gas, diesel), with no need to store fuel on the premises. Compact connection to the existing water supply and electricity networks allows the heater to be quickly integrated into the production cycle. The AUGERMILL 3000 combines washing, vertical screw conveying and shredding in a single compact system with a capacity of 3,000 kg/h — the ideal solution for businesses with limited production space.
