PROFRUIT DOUBLEFLOW Bag-in-Box Filler, 2 heads
DOUBLEFLOW by ProFruit is a fully automatic twin-head filling machine that doubles the filling output of juice, water or wine into Bag-in-Box and stand-up pouches compared to single-head models. The automatic start function allows the machine to operate continuously without manual intervention by the operator at each cycle, significantly increasing production efficiency. The vacuum and nitrogen injection options provide additional protection for the product against oxidation and extend its shelf life. A three-level safety system with a pressure sensor ensures stable and safe operation even at high production volumes.

Bag-in-Box Filler PROFRUIT MAXIFLOW
MAXIFLOW by ProFruit is the highest-capacity automatic machine in the range for filling juice, water, wine and similar liquids into Bag-in-Box and stand-up pouches at a rate of up to 2,000 litres per hour. Automatic feeding of bags from a roll (bag-in-web) ensures a continuous operating cycle without manual intervention, and the entire process — from opening the lid to sealing — is carried out automatically by the machine. High dosing accuracy of ±0.3 per cent and IP65 protection guarantee consistent product quality even in damp production environments. The ideal solution for large-scale juice and beverage producers requiring maximum filling line throughput.
