Processing of fruits and berries

A 30 kW electric water heater ensures a steady supply of hot water for the production line’s operational requirements: cleaning equipment (CIP), preparing solutions, pasteurisation and other processes requiring hot water. Electric heating is the most environmentally friendly and easiest to operate option among those available (electricity, gas, diesel), with no need to store fuel on the premises. Compact connection to the existing water supply and electricity networks allows the heater to be quickly integrated into the production cycle. Recommended auxiliary equipment for fruit and vegetable processing and juice production facilities, where a stable supply of hot water is critical for hygiene and product quality.

The AUGERMILL 3000 combines washing, vertical screw conveying and shredding in a single compact system with a capacity of 3,000 kg/h — the ideal solution for businesses with limited production space. The machine is best suited to round fruit — apples, pears and citrus fruits — producing a uniform pulp ready for pressing, fermentation or further processing. Easy-to-open casings and the absence of internal corners ensure quick sanitisation, whilst the ‘plug-and-play’ design simplifies installation. The vertical layout significantly saves space compared to horizontal alternatives.

AQUAMILL 3000 with bubble washing — a powerful ProFruit system with a capacity of 3,000 kg/h, combining gentle bubble washing with fresh water followed by round-head crushing of fruit, berries and vegetables into purée. Bubble washing effectively removes impurities without mechanically damaging delicate produce, whilst the crusher’s smooth-edged design prevents the pulp from becoming jammed, ensuring more consistent quality than competitors’ machines. The machine processes soft berries and firm apples equally well, without damaging the seeds. Interchangeable screens allow the consistency to be adapted to specific raw materials — the ideal solution for large-scale juice and purée production.

Custom-built mobile container (5980 x 2335 x 2750 mm) — a ready-made ‘box’ solution for housing food processing equipment directly at the harvest or production site. The container is fitted with water and electricity connections, a drainage system for process effluent, and two hinged side walls that provide convenient access to the equipment during operation and close completely during transport or when not in use. The mobility of this solution eliminates the need for major construction of production facilities and allows the production site to be quickly relocated to follow the raw materials. It is the ideal solution for seasonal, mobile or temporary processing lines for fruit, berries and vegetables.
