Spagni AIR PRESS UNI Capping Machine for Press Stoppers
AIR PRESS UNI — a Spagni bench-top pneumatic semi-automatic capping machine for pressure-fit stoppers. Manufactured to the customer’s specifications for stoppers and bottles.
Principle of operation
The clamping head lowers when the operator presses two buttons simultaneously, pressing the stopper into the neck of the bottle; the height of the head is adjustable. The drive is pneumatic, with a low-pressure reducer. It differs from the electric ELE PRESS UNI model in terms of its drive type: it requires a compressor rather than a 220 V mains supply. The head is manufactured to fit a specific stopper, so samples of the stoppers and bottles must be sent with the order.
