Labeling machine Spagni BIFIX
The Spagni BIFIX labelling machine is a tabletop semi-automatic machine for self-adhesive labels. It is available in the BIFIX T and BIFIX TQ versions and is designed for wineries, breweries and small-scale production facilities.
How it works
The machine applies a label and a back label in a single cycle to cylindrical and square bottles, jars and other containers, including plastic ones. The label format and length can be adjusted via the touchscreen panel. The standard configuration applies a single label; back labels and other functions are available as optional extras: reading a mark on the base, delayed label application, and a batch marking unit (the manufacturer’s video shows the BIFIX with a thermal batch stamp). The BIFIX differs from the EDIAD model in its versions: T for round containers and TQ for round and square containers.

Applications

How does the TQ differ from the T? The TQ also works with square bottles.
Can a batch number be printed? Yes, as a separate option: inkjet, thermal or inkjet print head.
