The belt elevator is a versatile piece of equipment specifically designed for the initial processing of apples and other firm fruits or vegetables. This machine combines intensive washing, material lifting, and a convenient area for manual sorting, making it an indispensable part of a juice, cider, or jam production line.
- Washing and rinsing system: The built-in hopper allows for pre-soaking of the fruit, and a special rinsing station using clean water removes any remaining debris during the lifting process.
- Integrated sorting table: The machine is equipped with a removable table that is 1 meter long. This allows staff to conduct a final inspection and remove substandard raw materials immediately before they are fed into the grinder.
- Hygiene and ease of maintenance: The design features a removable inner basket and protective covers that can be quickly removed. This makes it easy to thoroughly sanitize the equipment at the end of the shift.
- High-quality materials: The entire structure, including the cart, is made of AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel, which ensures resistance to corrosion and a long service life even when constantly exposed to water.

The standard terms of delivery are FCA Uzhhorod, 15 Babiaka Street (INCOTERMS 2020).
