The PM08 manual muselet applicator is mounted on a sturdy enamelled metal frame and is designed to fit muselets onto cork and plastic mushroom-shaped stoppers. A lever lowers the muselet head onto the bottle, after which a hook rotates to form the loop. Suitable for small-scale producers of sparkling wines, beer and other beverages in bottles with mushroom-shaped corks.

The PM09 manual muzzling machine for fitting muzzles onto cork or plastic mushroom-shaped stoppers. The clamp and the device for screwing on the caps are operated by hand. Suitable for bottles ranging from 0.33 to 12 litres; a stainless steel version, the PM09I, is also available.

FOR WAX — a machine for applying a wax or rubber-lacquer capsule to the neck of a bottle. The bottle rotates whilst immersed in molten wax maintained at a constant temperature; the cycle is started by lifting a lever. Available in 1-, 3- and 6-bottle models, made entirely of stainless steel, powered by 220 V. Cooling fans or pneumatic cooling can be added to speed up the drying of the capsules, and a trolley on wheels is available for easy movement within the cellar.

FOR WAX 3 AUTO — the automatic version of the bottle waxing machine. It operates on 220 V with 24 V motors and is controlled via a touchscreen. It ensures the cork and capsule are fully sealed at the neck of the bottle, preserving the wine’s aroma. Pneumatic cooling speeds up the finishing process. The only manual operations required are loading and unloading the bottles.

FORCER TR — wax and rubber lacquer dispenser: an electric heater melts the wax in a stainless steel cone, from where it is dispensed in measured quantities for seals and spot sealing.

FORCIRE — a heater with stainless steel bowls for melting wax and rubber lacquer (as well as chocolate) in a water bath filled with diathermic oil. It features a temperature control and a power switch, and is available in various capacities.

The CHAMP-UNI pneumatic capsuler for crimping capsule sleeves onto sparkling wines. The capsule sleeve is fitted over the neck, then the bottle is manually inserted into two mould halves: for preliminary and final smoothing. It is powered by compressed air (3.5 bar). The range includes the CHAMP-UNI, CHAMP-TO (Tosca bottle), CHAMP-SPEEDY, CHAMP-PNEU and CHAMP-L3 (for 3-litre Jeroboams).

The ROLLING bench-top roller capping machine is designed for rolling poly-laminate and aluminium capsules onto bottle necks. The processing height and diameter are adjustable. The ROLLING 6 version operates at 1,400 rpm, whilst the ROLLING 6 VAR features an inverter and speed control. A pneumatic support, a support with two levers and a bench-mounted support are available as optional extras.

The PVCPROF professional heater for heat-shrinkable PVC capsules, featuring a capsule clamp and a current regulator. Available as a head unit, on a carriage, in a vertical configuration (with a two-lever bottle lift) and with a pneumatic lift. The head unit can be integrated into an automated production line with a capacity of up to 1,200 units per hour.

The PVCFOR bench-top capsuler is designed for applying heat-shrinkable PVC capsules to bottle necks. It features a bottle feed ramp, a protective grille over the heating coil and a side switch; it operates on 220 V. Available in enamelled metal (FE) or stainless steel (IN); the AR and ARR versions feature an adjustable bottle guide, whilst the ARR version also includes temperature control.

MANO PVC hand-held heater for heat-shrinkable PVC capsules. The heating element is housed in the cap; with a single movement, the capsule fits snugly over the bottle neck. The coil and handle are insulated; power supply 220 V; a MEGA version is available for larger containers.

PVC HOT AIR handheld fan heater for heat-shrink PVC sleeves on bottles of wine, oil, beer and other products. Heat is generated by a ventilated heating element with a power output of 1,000 W (MEGA – 1,200 W). Power supply: 220 or 110 V; the MEGA version is designed for Magnum bottles.

The MASUPTESTA lever-operated capping machine caps aluminium screw-on caps, with or without a band; it is designed for bottles of wine, oil and spirits. The operator places a bottle with a cap fitted onto a tray; after activating the head with the lever, they guide the bottle towards the rotating head, and the thread is crimped in a matter of seconds. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel; the head, fitted with 3 or 4 rollers, is selected to suit the cap and bottle.
