Spagni CHAMP Capsule Filler
CHAMP — a Spagni pneumatic capsuler for forming capsule rings on bottles of carbonated beverages. Available in the UNI, TO, SPEEDY, PNEU and L3 versions.
How it works
The capsule is placed over the neck of the bottle, which is then manually inserted into two mould halves: first, the folds are pre-formed, followed by final smoothing. The drive is powered by compressed air at 3.5 bar. Interchangeable sleeves produce either 2 or 4 folds. SPEEDY — a tabletop frame with a lever and a bottle support; PNEU — with pneumatic lowering; TO — for the narrow 0.75-litre Tosca bottle; L3 — for 3-litre bottles (Jeroboam).
