Spagni PVCPROF Capsule Filler
PVCPROF — a professional Spagni heater for heat-shrinkable PVC sleeves. Available in the following models: TESTA, SLITTA, VERTICALE, MEGA VERT and PNEU.
How it works
The capsule is fitted onto the neck of the bottle, and the 1,200 W heater compresses it around the neck; a clamp holds the capsule in place, whilst a control dial adjusts the heating. TESTA is a head designed for integration into a production line; SLITTA is mounted on a slide; in VERTICALE, the bottle is lifted by two levers; in PNEU, it is lifted pneumatically; MEGA VERT is designed for larger capsules.

Frequently asked questions
Which machine is suitable for 30×60 PVC capsules? The PVCPROF is suitable for necks up to 70 mm and capsules up to 42 mm; please check the capsule diameter against the table.
Are there versions for magnums? For larger capsules, there is the MEGA VERT with a capsule diameter of 46 mm.
