Which bottling line is needed to fill 10 tonnes per shift

Set the volume per shift, the container and the real efficiency — the calculator shows what nominal speed in bottles per hour the filling line must have, including downtime.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't the nominal speed from the data sheet be used?
Real output is lower because of changeovers, stops and planned downtime; therefore an efficiency of 75–90 % is assumed.

The calculations are approximate: they help to assess the process and compare options, but do not replace a process design and trials on a specific raw material. This section is for reference only and contains no commercial offers.
