What the calculator computes
An animated pasta drying simulation. Set the output, the moisture from the press, the final moisture, the product thickness, the air speed and a four-stage mode (temperature, relative humidity, duration) — trolleys move through the tunnel or stand in the chamber, and the product colour shows how it dries.
Result: total time, final moisture, water to remove, thermal power, air flow, fan power, number of trolleys, tunnel length and width or number of chambers and the cycle, a moisture curve with air temperature and humidity, and warnings about cracking, souring or a too harsh mode. You can build the line layout right away. The model is indicative.
