The Spagni ADEMATIC semi-automatic labelling machine applies self-adhesive labels and back labels to cylindrical and conical bottles. It is designed for wineries and small-scale producers who require neat labelling without the need for complex equipment.

How it works

Operation is manual, whilst an automatic stop is provided by a photocell. The operator moves the bottle manually, and the machine first applies the label, then the back label. This model differs from the manual ADEMANO NEO and ADEMAX models in that it features an electric drive powered by a Schuko socket and a photocell, whilst it differs from the tabletop BIFIX and EDIAD models in that the bottle must be moved manually between applications. For bottles with unusual shapes, the manufacturer asks that a sketch be sent so that the correct settings can be selected.
