GP01 — a Spagni bench-top pneumatic stapler for securing mushroom corks on bottles of sparkling wine. It replaces the wire muselet with a simpler solution: a U-shaped staple.
How it works
The operator places the bottle in the holder and starts the cycle: the pneumatic system drives the clip onto the mushroom cork in less than 3 seconds. The control system is monostable, and the pressure is adjusted via a pressure regulator. Unlike the PM05, PM06, PM08 and PM09 machines, which screw on a wire cage, the GP01 operates using staples.
