Spagni MONACO M OIL cardboard filter
The Spagni MONACO M OIL cardboard filter is a tabletop filter for oils: olive, sunflower, maize, seed and peanut. The frame is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
How it works
The oil passes through a pack of 20 × 20 cm cardboard sheets. The design is adapted for fatty substances: 4 mm silicone gaskets, plates without support teeth, a drip tray with a tube and four suction cup supports. At the inlet there is a ¾″ ball valve with a pressure gauge and a needle valve; at the outlet there is a ¾″ ball valve with a sampling tap. The pump is not included in the set. The OIL version differs from the MONACO M specifically in these components and the oil filter cartridges (SUPER OLIO and OV110).

Applications
