Spagni SYDNEY cardboard filter
The Spagni SYDNEY cardboard filter is a compact benchtop filter designed for 20 × 20 cm cardboard filters, featuring a 230 V centrifugal electric pump. It is suitable for laboratories, small wineries and juice producers.
How it works
The pump feeds the liquid through a stack of filter sheets, which are compressed by two clamping flywheels. The frame is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the plates are made of food-grade plastic, and the fittings are made of chrome-plated brass, Ø15 mm (stainless steel ME-SYD — optional). Compared to the MONACO ME, which comes in three sizes up to 1.11 m², the SYDNEY is smaller: the E6 and E10 models accommodate 6 and 10 cartons respectively.
